The CORE FCS II Accelerator H4 Tri Fins L is the set of three FCS II H4 fins in size L that CORE distributes for its kite surfboards. This is the top-of-the-range FCS II set offered by CORE, above the Performer and Accelerator Neo Glass. H4 fins are made in Switzerland from high-density unidirectional carbon, with two side fins and one center fin of intentionally different sizes. FCS recommends them for riders weighing 75 to 90 kg. They can be mounted without tools in any FCS II fin box, including CORE's Ripper, 720, Green Room, and Badger, which are sold without fins.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
What sets the H4 apart
FCS describes the H4 as the fin that "looks like no other and rides like no other." The side fin's low section generates acceleration, while its hatchet tip provides stability. The center fin has a highly inclined elliptical outline, which reduces DRAG and delivers a predictable feel when releasing from a turn. Both fins feature a thick base and a tapered tip. This design provides controlled flex, and energy returns during rail-to-rail transitions. For kiteboarders, this translates to exceptional high-speed control, which is even more crucial in kiteboarding than in surfing, as you approach waves with significant momentum.
Size L and installation
FCS recommends size L for riders weighing 75 to 90 kg. In this set, the side fin measures 116.5 mm at the base and 115.9 mm in height. The center fin measures 114.6 mm at the base and 120 mm in height. The side fins have an inclination of 38.3 degrees, and the center fin has an inclination of 37.2 degrees. The side fins feature a flat foil, while the center fin has a symmetrical 50/50 foil. Installation is tool-free into an FCS II fin box: simply engage the front, press down, and it clips into place. All CORE surfboards come equipped with these fin box. For an FCS I fin box with two plugs, an FCS compatibility kit is required, but it is not included.

Yes, if your board has FCS II fin box, which is the case for all CORE surfboards, including the Ripper 6 and 720 IV. Installation is tool-free. For an older FCS I fin box, you'll need the FCS compatibility kit. It will not fit a Futures fin box.
