Kitefoil Front Wings: Surface Area and Profile

The Front Wing is what lifts you out of the water. Its surface area and aspect ratio are key to how quickly you take-off, your top speed, and how well you hold a turn. A wide, thick Front Wing gets you up and riding earlier and is more forgiving. A thinner, higher aspect ratio Front Wing delivers more speed and incredible upwind drive, but it needs more speed to get flying. As of October 5, 2026, this section features the Duotone Blitz D/LAB and Spirit Surf Carbon Front Wings, the F-One Escape 2026, the Slingshot One-Lock HM 2025, and the One-Lock Kite Front Wing 2026.

Your Front Wing needs to be mounted on its brand's fuselage, and often a specific generation. Always double-check the connection on the product sheet.
