An electric foil assist system lives in salt water, so hardware, grease, and battery checks are all part of routine maintenance. As of October 5, 2026, this section includes Foil Drive parts (mast plate and integrated mast bolts, the Assist Max hardware kit, V2 Assist Max and Fusion latches, battery grease, and battery testers) and Duotone Electric parts (the 2026 hardware and tool set, maintenance screws, maintenance tools, a spare Torx key, and battery box fastening straps).

Parts are specific to each system: a Duotone Electric screw is not a replacement for a Foil Drive screw. Complete kits are in the complete kits and Foil Drive kits sections. For maintenance, read the Duotone Foil Assist user guide.
