Every session means assembling and disassembling your foil, and the screw set takes a beating. A screw seized by salt, a T-nut lost in the sand, or needing to swap a top plate to switch boards can ruin your day. This section has all the screws, nuts, top plates, and adapters for the foils we sell. It also contains the greases and tools. We focus on F-ONE, then Duotone, Sabfoil, Slingshot, and Foil Drive. GlissEvolution has been a shop in Pornichet since 2005. We assemble foils right here in the store, and we keep these parts in stock. That way, a missing screw never cancels your session. - Screws and nuts: F-ONE M6 conical head screws in A4 stainless steel and titanium, F-ONE and Sync M6 T-nuts, locking nuts, M6 strap screws and self-tapping screws, Duotone screw set, Sabfoil M8 to M6 adapter washers.
- Top plates and mast feet: F-ONE Mast Top Plate 2026, Titan 1 and Titan T2 mast feet, F-ONE Deep Tuttle adapter for mounting a rail foil on a board with a Tuttle box, Sabfoil Kraken QRS quick release, Slingshot T-Lock.
- Shims and adjustments: PPC Foiling mast shim to modify the foil angle.
- Grease and tools: Tikal Tef-Gel to prevent seizing and galvanic corrosion between aluminum and stainless steel, F-ONE Torx T30 and T40 wrenches, hex screwdriver, multi-tool.
Properly Screwing Your Foil
A dab of Tef-Gel on each thread before assembly prevents seizing between the stainless steel screw and the aluminum mast. This simple step saves a mast at the end of the season. Tighten the screws in a cross pattern, without forcing. Always check the tightness after your first session. Rinse with fresh water after each outing. If you leave your foil assembled, disassemble it from time to time. A spare T-nut or screw in your board bag means you'll never go home without riding.

Which screws for an F-ONE foil?
M6 Torx T30 countersunk screws, in A4 stainless steel or titanium, 25 or 32 mm depending on the plate. Tell us your mast and board, and we will tell you the length you need.
What is Tef-Gel used for?
To prevent seizing and corrosion between a stainless steel screw and an aluminum mast. Apply a dab on each thread during each assembly.
Can I mount a rail foil on a Tuttle board?
Yes, with the F-ONE Deep Tuttle adapter. This converts the Tuttle box into a rail plate.
