A 2/1 mm neo top covers the water from July to September on the Atlantic, alone with boardshorts. In fresh wind, it slips under a shorty or a short wetsuit. It adds a layer without thickness.
2 mm Front, 1 mm Arms
The 2 mm neoprene on the torso keeps your core warm. The 1 mm sleeves ensure your arms have full freedom of movement for pumping or paddling. This is the classic thickness distribution for a Kite or Surf neo top.
Long Sleeves
Covered arms mean less wind chill on your skin. They offer better protection from sunburn during long sessions. For Surf, it also reduces chafing against your board.
