The torso and back are lined with Hot_Stuff 2.0, ION's most elastic thermal lining. It adds warmth and protects against cold wind. Silk_Stuff provides a comfortable fit on the chest, and on the shoulders, it offers elasticity.
Seams and details
Critical seams are reinforced with glued blindstitched or flatlock construction, depending on the area, and feature reinforced stress points. The back zip opens and closes easily without assistance.

FAQ - ION ELEMENT 2/2 SHORTY SS BACK ZIP WOMEN'S 2023
This shorty is for anyone hitting the water from June to September who wants a lined shorty that cuts the wind when you get out, without the stiffness of a full suit.
The ION size guide, located higher on this page, provides height and weight for each size, along with chest circumference. A wetsuit should fit snugly when dry, with no air creases. If you're between sizes, give us a call! This range goes from 34/XS to 40/L in both colors.
Rinse it with fresh water after each session. Turn it inside out and let it dry in the shade on a wide hanger. Never dry it in the sun or on a radiator. Never fold it wet in a bag. Close the back zip before hanging it and rinse the pull tab. Sand in a zip is what wears it out.
We are a Kite and wing shop in Pornichet, on the Atlantic coast. We also sell surf gear. We ride all year in water that drops below ten degrees in February. We wear ION wetsuits before selling them.
