The CORE Deflate Chip and Valve Cap 2.2 PRO is the genuine CORE part you need to replace the valve cap and deflation chip on your XR PRO kites and Halo PRO wings' Speed Valve 2.2. This valve cap and deflate chip arrive connected by a 10 cm elastic, just like the one on a brand-new kite. This is the PRO version. It features a short elastic; the kite (18 cm) and wing (22 cm) versions are distinct products.

What they're for
CORE's Speed Valve 2.2 closes with a cap that's tethered to your kite or wing by an elastic. Over time, that elastic can break, or the cap might get lost in the sand. The deflate chip slides into the valve to hold the flap open. This lets you empty your kite or wing quickly without spending ages on it. This product replaces both components at once.
Which version should you choose?
CORE offers three elastic lengths for the same 2.2 valve: 10 cm for XR PRO kites and Halo PRO wings (this product), 18 cm for other kites, and 22 cm for other wings. Always check the length of your original elastic before ordering. Speed Valve 2.0 and 2.1 have their own specific deflate chip.
