Mixed feelings, I send emails, after the 3rd one they reply that they don't have my phone number so the order hasn't been sent. They should contact the customer to get their number. Anyway.

Too bad the wing is without the leash.

Online ordering and product delivery process to the store needs to be improved. Staff is attentive and gives good advice.

I ordered online and the package arrived quickly. However, I received a display model (a label mentioned it) whereas this was not stated on the site, hence the rating.

The board was very well packed in the box. The shipment was moved 5 times. I had to go and pick it up at the Geodis depot in Saint Jory. An hour and a half round trip.

Product conforms (still have to test the gear). On the other hand, the 24h express delivery at 15 euros was made 96 hours after the order. So this type of delivery is to be avoided.

Unfortunately, size M was too big for my Duotone bar. You have to take size S to avoid having to cut it.

Very attractive price, good advice but be careful the shipping packaging was a bit careless.

Nothing to say except that I was there on the day of delivery, by the time I got downstairs to open the door, the delivery person didn't want to wait 1 minute and opened the package to put the item in the mailbox. Please monitor your delivery people because this is unacceptable. The delivery person could have called me or waited 1 minute for me to come down. A delivery person does not have the right to open a package on the pretext that they don't want to wait a minute. I wouldn't have known the item had been delivered and if the size wasn't right I wouldn't have been able to return it. Please monitor deliveries and delivery people. This was my first order and I don't know if I will order again because of this, for fear of not receiving the package. Regards

Selling merchandise without having it in stock... waiting 1 month before sending 1 out of 2 parcels... still haven't received parcel 1 after 3 weeks

I never received the shipment. The shop therefore sent me a replacement. It was a small value shipment (€10).

Transport bag very useful and in good condition. Wing conforms but not tried.

The item ordered on the site was actually not available. They offered me an equivalent item and refunded me the difference.

Curve V4 Purchased in July 2020, comments after one month of use. A serious product that matches the description, a delight to ride, a friendly and responsive company, but various small finishing issues that shouldn't be found on products of this price. - Defective Battery/board bolts (from purchase) which I replaced. - Unsecured mains power female socket (battery side) - Poorly glued grip (bubbles) - Wrist strap broke in 1 week - Beginning of oxidation on the truck bolts on the board side - No transport bag (well, not delivered yet) Nevertheless a very good product, I hope for the long term.
