Charge it, wait for the charger to turn green. If charging doesn't work or the skateboard doesn't turn on after recharging, contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente.
For the Xplorer V2 model:
- Turn on your skateboard by holding down the power button until the indicator light flashes rapidly.
- Luego, encienda su control remoto.
- The remote control will enter search mode and automatically pair with the skateboard.
- All you'll have left to do is configure the final settings (wheel diameter, gear ratio, etc.).
For other skateboard models with an LCD remote control:
- Encender el monopatín

- Hold down the skateboard button until the indicator light flashes.
- On the remote control, briefly press both buttons simultaneously to start pairing.
Check the belt tension and the condition of the sprockets; if these components are worn, replace them.
