Find answers to the frequently asked questions regarding the use, maintenance, and support for your Evo-Spirit electric skateboard in this FAQ. Whether you're experiencing a technical issue or looking for a practical tip, this section is here to save you time.
Charge it, wait for the charger to turn green. If charging doesn't work or the skateboard doesn't turn on after recharging, contact customer service.
For the Xplorer V2 model:
- Turn on your skateboard by holding down the power button until the indicator light flashes rapidly.
- Then turn on your remote control.
- The remote control will enter search mode and automatically pair with the skateboard.
- All you'll have left to do is configure the final settings (wheel diameter, gear ratio, etc.).
For other skateboard models with an LCD remote control:
- Turn on the skateboard
- Turn on the remote control
- Hold down the skateboard button until the indicator light flashes.
- On the remote control, briefly press both buttons simultaneously to start pairing.
Check the belt tension and the condition of the sprockets; if these components are worn, replace them.
Otherwise, contact us, ideally with a video to better diagnose the problem.
As soon as the tire surface is worn and the tread becomes smooth, we recommend replacing them.
